When we began thinking about a cleaning service for our office, I approached John. He immediately organized a meeting to discuss our needs. From this meeting he developed a plan to meet these needs at a fair and reasonable rate. Not one single item was left unresolved and a schedule was decided upon. When I asked him about a contract, he said “Let’s see how the next three months go”. Well those three months are over and we couldn’t be happier. John makes a point of checking with me to ensure that we are satisfied and any fine tuning is looked after on the next visit.
His staff are properly trained, have the proper equipment and are provided with a continuously upgraded guide showing what is expected on each visit.
